    yeah i didnt get that either, but you have a good base to start with, if you do a real bulking cycle you will look big if you do it right, keep up the good work and good luck!

      this is my first real cycle, did some tren before. I went with the tren/test combo because I wanted to put on lean muscle mass and i thought that tren and test would do this. I have had great strength gains. I have put on about 15lbs. Your were saying that I should do a real bulking cycle, what would you recomend? When I finish this cycle out I am taking some time off gear to let my body recover and then I will be hitting it again. I am 26 years old and have been lifting for 2.5 years. Thanks for your help guys,

        once you take your time off i would hit up a dbol/test/deca cycle or a dbol/test/eq cycle. keep at it and you will be pleased.

          yes definatly do a d-bol/test/deca cycle, don't do eq do the deca you need mass bro.

            Man of you want to hit 230 I have 5 words for you Squates, deadlifts, bench, military and last but not least SHRUGS. If you want some mass stick to the most basic motions and go heavy and hard. Oh ya time to start bulking with some test and deca. Your goal is achievable and you will look great but it will be hard work to add that mass so start eating. Oh ya why did you do a cutting cycle instead of a bulker if you want to be 230?
