Smiley what do u suggest on the t3? It's liquid and 100mcg/ml. Maybe 1/2 dose for 50?

Ran t3 about 75/day last year and ended up lean but flat. Thought I just didn't eat enough protein and was losing size

U r weclome.. Im not trying to play the role of lower ur mg.. but how is your diet???..u should not go higher htan 37.5 to 50 mg
ohh u are using research lab, i dont use that stuff or ug.. only human grade for me!!!
u can try 50 mcg with that liquid but i dunno how good its gonna work.
well being flat comes when u cut the carbs down ...but when u are taking too much like 100mcg, expect to eat your muscle up and it will burn your food (carbs and protein) therefore u become flat
