    Thanks everyone..


    my dad is 5'7"... im already as tallas him..
    I meant that i am lazy in general. When it coems to lifting.. laziness just isnt an option. I just dont think protein shakes are necessary.. i'd rather just eat like hell

    My site isnt geared towards the younger people. Its geared to educate anyone. I am debating on whether or not to add it. I think it would help educate a lot of people, and draw some new members.

    I dunno though,.. i could be wrong.

      hey deciever i wasnt implying your juicing bro. was just commenting. but good job mangz...just imagine how good you would be if you took the extra 30 mins a day to prepare protein and more food =D

        Yeah , i see what your saying. I just can't stand the protein shakes.

        but my nutrition has gotten better I've started pre-making about 10 lbs of chicken a week. I have like 3 chicken salads a day.. (on top of normal eating ).

        I have one more meet i want to stay in 148 for. I wanna break some state records.. ( it'll also be my last meet as a 15 year old ) ..

          yer killin' me bro.....kick ass job powerlifting - deadlifts are my favorite exercise and you'll prolly be blowing my personal best out of the water in no time
