45 years old, competed few times, just to prove I could, mostly train younger guys , social worker full time, landscaper, combat instructor and personal trainer part time . I wake up early morning sip herbal tea , swallow down my yerba mate , ma huang and green tea caps until they take effect then 5am I hit it. I dont spot so dont ask, Im here for me not you lol 5'11" 230 pounds normally around 6-8 BF but mostly use the mirror to measure not the scale or the tape. Eat and train like a body builder but now teaching has become a bigger deal and using compounds to maintain my physical stature and ability to train for long hours

Thats off season shape for 45 year old me LOL- I actually have to eat more due to my other training that takes so much out of me

Just turned 45 myself, 5'11 however you got me by 20 lbs.

Yeah Im not growin old gracefully, Im very active, however I got no family or children so because of that I guess I forget that Im old LOL, then I see my friends kids in their teens and 20s then I start feeling it LOL. Dont get me wrong I wish I did, its just not the path that was provided for me in this lifetime

41 with a 21yr son, already married...a 15yr old daughter and a 12yr old son still at home...and i'm not aging gracefully either!!! lol...i'm fighting this shyt tooth and nail!! but i love it!!!!
