I gotta disagree with BIG-G, do your deads and rows first when you're fresh and strong, they'll give your back the most thickness and growth......then add your pulldowns and other shaping exercises

You have a good base, but with the above numbers you don't look that strong. NO offense, bro. You arms need some work try these tips for your tris:
EVERY WOKROUT do:
Close Grip Bench
Lying or Incline Tricep Extensions/Skull Crushers
V BAR Push downs
Dumbell Two hand over head extensions
Dumbell One had extensions
EVERY BIS WORKOUT DO:
CONCENTRATION CURLS
Barbell Curls
Preacher Curls
Alternating Curls
Dumbell Preacher Curls

i do a lot of those arm exercises... i'm working arms tomorrow actually.
i've only done one cycle of sus/winnie/dbol.. nothing too intense.
i'm starting another cycle monday. my arms don't look that great in those pics but i should take some of me flexing bi's and tri's so they look better. wasn't flexing them very well in those pics.. but i will agree with you guys on the lats.
i'm not looking to get stocky, just want to stay around 200/210 and a body fat under 5%. people say i look much better just really ripped and medium build with a neck.. hehe.
oh - here's a pic of me a few years ago with my ex who is a nurse. as you can see i got a lot bigger and in much better shape. notice the whip, handcuffs, and glasses with red heart shaped lenses.
