    I think portion size has been my big issue. When i get into a good routine for mass, I actually start eating to much and start looking to round and smooth. I get bigger and stronger but don't look good. Gonna do it different this time and see how it works. I've gotten one good week of cardio in with my workouts and it actually feels great. Now for the rest of the winter. lol

      I know about the fructose in the fruit. I have to keep an eye on that..and sweets.

          thats my problem, but i'm going the other way this time...i'm gonna keep trying too put the size on, fat, water and all, then try too peel it off, SLOWLY, begining march 1st...see how it goes this time
