    ECA results so far

    Hey everyone, here's a comparsion after 1 week on ECA...diet and cardio has remained the same.

    I started this diet and cardio about 12 wks ago. Was around 195-200lbs and bodyfat was approx 22%

    some stats
    5'9 175 this morning
    age 38

    been doing cardio 45mins 5x week on empty stomach and lifting 5x week in evenings on a very clean diet

    what do you think my b/f % is now? I'm gonna have it checked at the gym in next couple weeks, my goal was to get to 9-10% then start concentrate on slowly adding quality muscle while maintaining 9-10% bf.

    Should I run the ECA same as clen, 2wks on/2wks off?

    at 38 dude you look nice and lean just keep doing with what your doing.dosnt look like you need to change anything.I cant tell what your bf% would be I would have to see those legs also to determine that

            You look great, congrats! A Question for you? Will you be able to maintain that leaness without giving up muscle mass? I couldn't. Thats my body but others seem to do it with ease.

              Thanks guys! it helps to get others opinions and makes all the hard work on cardio and sacrifice on diet worth it, the dieting is the hardest thing for me cause I LOVE to eat, lol

              firstenrgy, what I hope to do is maintain being lean while slowly adding some quality lean muscle size....thats hard to do too but worth it

                aas imo willhelp you get those reults. if you do it the right way you will get the results you want. dont be in a hurry.

                    damn!! you even loss the hair...good job!!
                    i'm having a hard time loosing the added fat this time. i quit smoking and cant believe how much more i eat!! i cant get enough and i'm craving carbs like crazy!!! i'm up in wieght, but i've also picked up alot of body fat...
