Thanks for the kind words peeps. I have put in some long hours and serious poundage over the years. Currently I am on an OTC suppliment called 19-nor Factor X.
Have been on for 8 weeks. Weight is the same, body fat has dropped by about 4% and strenght is still going up.Push it, Pull it, Rack it. Repeat untill wide!!

no shyt. You're a big fella. I'm the only 185lb sack of fly shyt around here though. I actually busted up around 195 a couple weeks ago. Getting in the gym helps.
If I ever need a tree uprooted, I'll give you a call to come pull it up, with those tree trunks you got. I gotta friend that doesn't workout, but he's a big dude. 6'3"/275. He was 320lb in high school when he played ball. But he has those big ass legs and is so damn naturally strong.
But you'e lookin good for any age.1 up
