I still haven't met my goal of winning competition. I have trouble getting that last fat off my @ss. I don't know why it's so difficult to get rid of. I've decided I'm not doing another competition until I can afford a trainer to help me with the final weeks.

If i was closer i would love to help you out. you look great already! I have been personal training for 6yrs now with 3 thats made it to national level. I was national level but i was in a car accident and my 2 yrs expired so i got to qualify again this year. my first show is in may 9th its the metrolina show put on by roger morrison.f you ever have any questions feel free to pm me and i can try my best to help you.

Thanks for all your kinds comments... sure know how to make a girl feel good.

I am currently trying to loose the winter coat I gained over the last several extremely stressful months I've had. The good news it that the company that purchased the company I work for isn't laying anyone off, so I get to keep my job. Now maybe things will settle down for me, so I can concentrate on getting my girlish figure back in time for summer.

mighty, I'll keep you in mind for my next competition. I'm just not sure if there will be a next one. I've still got way too much going on this year.
