If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.

branch needs a lot of works..yes he is a monster fella but tooo blocky..
he needs to maintain his size(no more bigger) and bring out his striations, defintions and lines here and there to be top 3 or so.
I Remember a guy in the gym... very big about 6'5" and was stacked. when I went into the locker room to take a leak he was taking a handful of dbol... I mean a full handful (20-30). Of course you can get that big! Your not going to live long but you can. Seen these guys come and go time and again. Even the biggest of the boards who never compete, they all disappear with blown out livers.

u are right, most of the pros quit due to liver failure due to the amounts that they are doing for long period of time
