got a ways to go. need to drop more fat around lower abs, but pretty happy with where i'm at for now. if i had less stress, i'm sure i'd be much better off. (ok deno...flame away. i'm a tuff guy, i can take it, lol)

I work my traps n shoulders, but it is so difficult to get them to grow and look symetrical with my chest and back...

skinnyman...38 and it was very dificult for me to get to 200!!! i started at a low weight of around 160 or so about 4 or 5 yrs ago (and that wasnt a skinny 160. lol)
