Nice work bro! Finally a pic that matches the size. I've got flamed before when I would call other people out for overinflating their weight numbers.
Most people would look way small for the numbers they claimed. I'd give them examples of other people that were the same height and weight and were twice the size of those I called out. But still everyone flamed me.

Hey thanks for all the great comments guys! It really makes all the hard work feel well earned!

The nipple is just the angle. I do have large pecs when my arms are down, especially lower pecs so that adds to what you're seeing.

It think i'm still higher in bf than you guys are saying. I've been measured a few times lately and it's always between 14-18%
