Thanks everyone. I haven't really done my cardio yet...just getting started. Nor have I lost much size. The reason for that is because I ate clean year round. That's the absolute only way to do it.

So many people get caught up on how much they weigh....to me, if your bodyfat (for men) is 15% or higher, don't even count that weight towards your true muscularity. You'll have to bust your ass getting in shape for competition while the guy that ate clean can use that extra time you spend on cardio to rest and recover, prepare meals, pose or everything else that you still have to do but with less time. Trust me, I see it everyday. Guys walked around all winter bragging about how much they weigh and now realise that they IF they come down to contest condition, they only gained maybe a pound or two from the previous year with no improvements on their physiques.

I'll post my diet for contest prep and for bulking season (no such thing as off season).
