Corrodo- 1 WEEK OUT

Almost there guys...Still sodium loading and started depleting today with no carbs for 4 days (less than 50)....Am taking in 2.5 gallons of water daily and 7gram sodium load which I will lower thur night....These pics are a WEEK out and are just a few snap shots, still holding some water but should be at 7gr a sodium a day, lower abs are coming in more daily and started tanning today and will everyday till thur when i put my protan on... I will start aldactone tom and have dyazide on hand just in case...Thanks to all of those that helped me out and got me through this...

THANKS guys, Sal I appreciate all the help you have provided, whether you guys know it or not my 2 home boards have really pushed me when I was down and tired and not sure if I could do it....I never quit anything and didnt want to let anyone down...So I owe alot of it to my fellow board brothers....If I could buy you a beer in a few weeks I would..I sure as hell will be getting down like a clown when this is all over with...lol Then its back to getting more mass for a show next year!!! Thanks again and I will be representing FG at the show for sure

Im a 6'1" with shoes...lol Thanks guys for the kind words...I had some leg shots on the other thread. There coming in nice and lean as well....I wasnt planning on taking these pics but my gf took them screwing around and I had Nair for men on my legs at the time so I didnt get any good leg shots (well she took them but im not putting them up....LOL)... But anyways thanks all and I cant wait till Saturday
