You suck! I want your mid traps! I have the width but my mid trap area just lags. What's your main back row exercises? I've got to get mine where your's are and I would be a very happy camper. That's some serious developement right there. It's weird how we can get some muslces to just go nuts and some are so damn stubborn. Good luck bro, I bet you kick everyone's ass in the back area. Arms and delts are very impressive too. You should do great if you get ripped, you got the mass for sure. And don't forget to tell me those back exercises! LOL
I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

Well everytime i go on gear they just explode its always been that way. but back is usaly lat pull down, one arm row, cable machine row, quarter dead lift, and behind the neck pulls wich i love.
Since my hernia just pop'd again i'm not doing quarter dead's wich sucks becouse i found this exercice to cause alot of growth without putting too much thickness on my waiste

Ok, cool. I might be able to do the 1/4 deads but I can't do them full because I'm still recovering from my Achilles tear last fall. It's been tough on squats and leg press (just as the PT told me it would) and I tried deads once and I couldn't go heavy enough to even bother but doing 1/4's should work because it's more back at that point. The whole balancing and exploding off the feet is just tough still. I'm weak at the ball of my foot still so it's hard to stay stable with heavy weight. Also, I'm not even supposed to be going heavy but I figure 15 reps is not a heavy weight. lol

Try doing them in the smith machine i find it works great, but i do alternate from squat wrack to smith.

1. a new pair of contacts because your current pair looks like evil eggs!
2. trim the giant mustache!
3. try to get that weird skin disease that is causing your arms to turn into yellow blotches.
