13 weeeks out and that lean?? I'd be in mass accumulation mode still! That's a ton of muscle at that height -- I'd bet you can drop bf like it ain't nobody's business. You look 6-8 weeks out now.
Thanks everyone. The show is actually June 16th in Chicago. That makes me about 14 weeks out..so I still have a little time to bulk because my bf is relatively low. I ate clean all winter because I wanted to gain as much lean muscle as possible, and because I hate cardio...the less the better for me. So for now I'm still going heavy in the gym but starting to do more isolated exercises to pinpoint certain areas like lower lats and hams. My calories are still up around 8,000 a day but it will all end soon.
