Still small, but ah well. I'm weighing right at 189 this morning, I picked up a couple extra pounds from the late night ice cream, lol! Please ignore the fuzz on the head I usually shave it but just been too damn lazy here lately.

And don't worry abotu having a bit of a belly - just make the chest bigger so it isn't an issue!!
Your back and lats look very well developed and the arms and delts are great too.
