    In April I was like 155, according to the gym scale I'm like 196-197lbs now.

    Situation was that last year I was on meds which surpressed my appetite. So I lost weight. The doctor said I'd get a rebound effect once I'm off, and I since I weighed 186lbs November '06 I guess I did rebound "a bit" *LOL*

    Oh well, good thing is that my stomach's still pretty solid. A gym buddy remarked how I put on some weight and felt my stomach to see if it was hard or soft. I may not have a shredded 6 pack, but I'm still more solid then chucky. and I'm glad the week's over, because I took the week off and want to train again *LOL*

    Your right bro, its a marathon not a sprint. So keep at it and do everything possible to reach your goals. Good work bud and keep the improvements up.

        Good thing you got off the meds, 155? Man, I would be dead. I was 244 Monday on the scale. Glad you are going the right direction bro. Keep up the good work and let us know when you hit those plateaus so we can help. We've ALL hit them many times and there is a ton of wisdom at your disposal here.
        I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

          DUDE I CAN SEE SOME MAJOR GROWTH!! GREAT JOB! REMEMBER ITS A SLOW PROCESS BUT IT WILL HAPPEN!! EAT RIGHT, GET PLENTY OF REST AND WORK OUT LIKE A MAD MAN!! YOU WILL BE WHERE YOU WANT IN NO TIME!

            Are you trying to make me feel small T-Man007? 244, jesus you must look like a hairless gorilla.

            And yes it's fun not being on the meds, no offense. But with the weekly injections and daily pills. And all those blood tests I had to take, I don't see how you AAS users don't go nuts.

            Thanks O2, that's the beauty of a camera. It really compounds it was you make weight gains. Because what you see with your eyes can lie, but the camera doesn't

            And next week I'm looking to start using Flax Seed oil again. I can buy 750ml for like less then $30 Canadian

                thats a fast jump...i started out about 4 yrs ago around 160..i'm only 218 now. and, in no way, am i lean!! lol

                  Hepatitis C unfortunately, although at my age and health it did VERY little other then minor irritation

                  A lot of that in my case was muscle memory. I was close to 180lbs (IIRC I was like 177lbs) but due to meds I lost 20. But off the meds my appetite rebounded, and because of muscle memory I gained my mass back and was 186lbs in November '06. It was after Xmas that I put on an extra 10lbs (according to the gym scale). What can I say, I love my Egg nog

                  Just looking forward to getting back to the gym, I took last week off. But Monday I can start anew
