Does anyone else think Jay looked much better at the Ironman?!? I'm only basing this off of the pictures I've seen. He looked much more ripped at the Ironman.

there are some more pics at flexonline that re pretty good too i think ruhl should have at least taken second over cormier his hams werent defined enough and he is still holding some water in his back.

Jay WAS off at the Arnold, Chris was flat and honestly really small compared to the rest of the competitors, Markus looked good for Markus, Levrone got a total gift.......who got shafted?? Melvin, Quincy and especially Darrem - he was full and ripped and deserved to place higher than Levrone at the absolute least.Comment

Ruhl is huge but his weakness really shows in the back double bi shot, the waistline is just too blocky. And his elbows are a little odd looking. Cutler lacks his size but makes up in shape for sure.Comment
