Dude you must be 7'0 tall because you don't look like 235lbs, unless of course you have big legs than maybe I can see it. I mean the Rock is about 235lbs and 6'2" and he's waaaay bigger so I'm not seeing how you weight that much. Not trying to offend you bro, so don't take this as a personal shot at you.

On the positive side nice Traps in the second pic. Your arms are pretty nice also, but you need a little more definition in them. I think your main focus right now should be chest though. Your really lacking in the chest area.

I think Byron is like 6'1" or something and the Rock, I believe, is taller than 6'2". Even if he's not, he's much leaner than Byron is too. I've seen guys who look like the weight 225, but they weight 190 because they are like 5-6% BF. BF will make the scale go up alot. Trust me, I know, I happen to carry it around all the time. LOL

Okay but I'm 6'2.5" and I'm about 188lbs now. Byron's bigger in the chest area as he looks bigger bones, whereas I've got bigger arms. I don't see how someone that is a little bigger than me outweighs me by 50LBS! I can see maybe 20lbs but 50lbs is a stretch. Especially since he's shorter. Shorter people are bigger than taller since their frame is smaller to fill out.

How could he take it any different. It sounds like you are out right calling him a liar. That wasn't worded well if you weren't trying to offend.

I know a cat at the gym that wieghs 165 but if you had to guess you'd say 185. A lot of it is that he is lean but he also has small bones which apparently accounts for a large percentage.

Byron, you're looking good bro. Being lean in the winter time is overrated. Keep doing your thing.
