    I measured it today, and its 18". Wanna hit 21's this year.

    Very nice size, but 3 inches in a year is pretty impossible, unless your Greg Valentino.

      LOL. Why is it that everyone(mostly male's) worry about arms only? I mean don't we want to be symetrical? As much as I surf this site, I see alot of threads or discussions about how I want my arms to be 20' etc...I'm not trying to flame or be a dick, but do you get my point kid? I mean, that's why alot of members have no chest, back, shoulders and especially legs. I hope you get those few inches you need, but please don't let that be your only motivation. It's funny how when I'm at the gym, I see so many guys doing JUST arms.

        Ha, I know exactly what you mean, shit, Im shooting for tree trunk quads than gigantic arms, but to each his own.

            I pretty much owrk out on everything right now. I hit every muscle part equally. Basically right now Im at 210 pounds chest: 49"
            arms: 18"
            stomach: 34"
            quads: 26 inch
            calves: are kinda lagging 15 1/2"

            My body fat is what Im concerned about the most right now, sicne I havent juiced since last April or so I have lost most size due to not working out for about 5-6 months straight. I had the abs popping out and all. I was around 12-15% BF. I stopped lifting for a while and started drinking mostly every weekend so it kinda screwed up everything.

            In this picture of me of last month Im not as big as I was before. Im here at 208, man I wish I was still 215 or so like I was a few months ago. This is not my best picture but its just a pic of me, so guys critique me in a good way.

                Your right bro its too much for very little time. At least an inch or so by this year after a good cycle.

                    tight, i'm at 16 1/2, i'm getting there. i started at 15inches and its only been a couple of months .

                            You can open it in Microsoft Paint, click on a paint brush or spray can or whatever and go to it. Save and post kid.
