        I actually have a small change of plans...I am going to start friday dieting for the first arnold amateur comp to be held at the arnold classic in march...friday is 15wks out...I'm hoping I can come in even tighter and dryer and maybe make things around the booty tighter...always a problem area for me but this time I won't have time off to blow up like a moo-cow...

        so anyone wanna sponsor me?
