along with the prop, throw in some aromasin/nolva and try the 4 week salmon diet...ask mikey about it. i guarentee (and with no added salt in your diet) cardio about 4-5 days a week along with that diet, prop, and aroma/nolva combo, man....you'd see abs in 4 weeks for sure.
