For now I nearly haven't done any cardio. First I changed my diet and lost weight without craving for food. Since a few weeks I diet a bit harder but I allow myself to eat why I want on week-end (but not too much).
If I have time I'll go running on week-end.
Im doing the same thing you are kinda. Changing my diet is a ***** but its going ok now. I just trying to clean bulk right now. For cravings I do crystal light and FF SF jello. Good job so far keep up the good work.
My height is 6". I don't know exactly how much weight I gained this year but I see the difference in the mirror.
Today I started the cardio at the end of my workout. Half an hour at low intensity. Then I'll do some cardio in the morning, first thing when I wake up.
Next year I will clean my diet when bulking. I loose to much time dieting then.
