I have the same issue as you bro, I know if I sucked it up and bulked more, instead of cutting cals everytime i feel fat I would be way bigger and stronger.
I'm with ya, after I get lean for this summer I am going to bulk on a TCD type diet and try to stay lean whileadding some serious lbs to my total.

The squat is in a smith machine with my butt going down to the bench, which at 6-3 is a little below parrallel. Also since cutting my bench is proboly down to 300-305 now. O and I do touch my chest, Im not one of those dumbasses to thinks a half rep is a max. As far as squating without a smith machine I dont know becuase I had a lower back injury for a while so I couldnt do them... but I can start up DLs and Squats again, so we'll see.

dont be jealous, i work out with him seen him get 320 wihout a bounce, and he squats to parrallel, him and i both work out smart, working out properly is going to benifit u more than tryin to showboat. we may jus have to get some videos up on this to prove it...
Here the end of week 4 or my first month... Dont feel like my gains were that great this week as far as droping bf goes, but I do feel stronger. Got a leg pic up to, although its kinda hard to see.
