    well it has been a little over a month and a half since i posted my first pictures so i decided i would put some new ones up and hopefully show some good progress. i have been eating more and lifting heavier.

        Looks good bro. How many cal's and grams of protien per day are you taking in?

          ive been getting at least 3000 cals a day (shooting for around 3500) and have been trying to get around 300g protein

          its kinda hard in college though

            Yeah, its always hard to get the protien in. How many days a week are you training each muscle group?

                ^doing tooo many msucles groups in one day

                try this:
                monday: chest abs
                tues: back
                wen : legs abs
                thrus: shouldrs
                fri: arms abs
                sat and sun off

                ps: u are looking good..eat more carbs, calories and sleep and train heavy

                        You're well on your way. Just remember to train the following exercises like your life depends on it: squat, deadlift, bench, pullups and dips. They should be the foundation of a quality workout. Good luck and keep charging!!!
