    Never put any on here, so hey why not go for it. This is me at 19, 205, bulking for about a month, 6'3", 15.8" arms. Stats are like bench 230, DL 275x10 or 355x1, and squat 405x1 at 90 degrees. Both pics are cold and relaxed, except my arm in the front one, kinda flexing it.

      19 yrs, 6'3" and 205 ? Dayum bra you're definately on your way ! Looking good keep up the great work and keep us all posted.

        I would say about 4 years, i remember when i started i was 15 and couldnt bench the bar... i was weak as crap.

          Im bulking until I hit 230, then depending on how fat i feel and look i might try and slim back down to 210 or so. My overall goal is 225-240 6-8%, so ive got a ways to go still.

                    I was 5 8" 135 pounds at 19 now Im 27 and up to 215 keep training, eating, and sleeping right and you will grow. Bodybuilding is a lifestyle!

                      great base brother. how much did you weight when you started? i remember when i started training at 15 (almost 8 years ago) i was about 130-140. now i'm almost 210 mostly natural,lol. keep at it brother

                          im thinking about 150 at 15, mainly becuase i was tall, probobly 6'. Thanks for all the support guys
