                        shoulders: front presses 3 sets 10 8 6
                        side lateral leaning from the incline bench : 3 sets of 12
                        front raises 3 sets of 12
                        shrugs wt dumbells 3 sets of 15
                        barbell shrugs eiterh behind the back or from the front: 3 sets of 12
                        everything is heavy, for beginners do teh reps taht i have metioned ^but MY NORMAL ROUTINE, NOTHING HIGHER THAN 8 REPS BUT SUPER HEAVY, AND A GOOD 2 MNS REST BETWEEN EACH SETS
