What's up fellow gym rats I'm the black guy with the white face in the pics. I appreciate snickers1 for posting the pics and I really appreciate all of the comments.
A little about me:
I actually became serious with my training in January of 2002, so 4 years. That's incorporating the dieting and rest aspects of training that are just as important as lifting the bar off of the rack. My father was a non-competitive bodybuilder and my mother ran track (sprinter) so I kinda lucked up genetically. I currently train with a great motivator, snickers1, 4 days a week. The other 3 days of the week I'm hybernating
I look forward to sharing my knowledge and gaining more knowledge/insight from you guys (and ladies).Comment
