Been doing bodybuilding/modeling for sometime, just turned 25, took long time off, first pics is when i was 22, the other 2 this past summer. Getting back into it full swing now, got a fiance to support me all the way... Feedback is very much appreciated.

My diet is pretty simple, if i am just dieting for pictures, if its for a show its little more strict. I eat mostly medium glycemic carbs , oatmeal, sweet potatoes 5 days a week, with a lot of lean chicken, whole eggs,(fat burns fat)
2x a week i eat a shitload of Taco Bell, All the fat , carbs and sodium..... Believe me if makes ure muscles fuller if u have lower b-fat. I also eat a lot of sushi. (sushi addict) funny thing i used to hate sushi a while back, now i am loving it.. I take suppplements, just basic protein mostly isolate post workout and in the morning, i get most of my proteing through food around 200-300 grams a day, i a m uping that as we speak..
As far as hormones, I did a few cycles, mostly test 500-1000 a week , and winstrol, sometimes eq. I get very very lean quickly, infact i dieted down with synephrine caffeine and aspirin+ gear and almost no cardio in 6weeks time. My belief is proper foods and consistency is the key, everything else is an addition to the equation. Plus it helps living the lifestyle, I do personal Training for a living so, have to look the part. lol. My biggest problem as of late, and thats why i started the thread to kinda motivate me is consistency, fiance taking a lot of the time, so got lazy. I am sure a lot of you had that happen, but now i am more focused, I would like to compete next year as a heavyweight or super heavy.
