thanks bros, it is coming back pretty quick. my dead and bench suffered pretty bad from the layoff but squats arent bad.

i am going to try to come in this summer a bit leaner so i dont know if ill make it to that body weight again but im sure ill look better.

thanks for the motivation everyone, ill posts some pics when im back in shape.
