last years progress pics

ok guys im in a tough spot here. these pics show me finished a great progress run of 7 monthsthe final pic is at my best in aug 05.

well a pretty damn bad back injury, work and hunting screwed everything up and im about imbetween the 1st and 3rd pic.

i hate going back after a layoff i not only feel week and small, I AM!

anyway i have as much time as last year to get it back and them some, so ill see what happens. i plan on doing the GPP a little more strictly this time around which should help alot.

not that its hard to tell progression, it starts at top right pic then counter clockwise.

starting @ 170 and finishing around 200.

Well you can tell the size you put on for sure, great job.....Are your wheels matching up to the upper body? Nice size you have going there, keep it up!

thanks everyone, i definetly have to be careful with my back. i pulled full range of motion deads out of rotation. sticking with rack deads, lighten deads etc..anything off the floor or lower would be a bit risky right now.

lol..should have known the wheels ? was coming.iput on all that size with squats deads and good mornings so legs came along fine. think they went from 22" to 24.5"
