You are bigger than I thought bro. Good back, good traps, good delts, good guns, good forearms. How do your legs compare?
As far as delts go, you got a good anterior delt. If you want to work on lateral and rear I have had much success with drop sets on laterals and I do rears laying on one side of a low degree incline bench. I USUALLY DO BENT REAR LATERALS, BUT I'LL TRY DOING THEM ON AN INCLINE BENCH...AND MOFO, I GOT A LONG WAY TO GO TO BEEING ONE OF THE BIG BOY'S!!HE WHO MAKES A BEAST OF HIMSELF, GET'S RID OF THE PAIN OF BEING A MAN!!

Here's the flat bench version:
I will alternate flat and the first two levels of incline. That way I hit a slightly different angle every week. This is an excellent isolation so you only need 1-2 sets because back day will hit them too.
