  • DAVED150 RECENT PICS

    PICS TAKEN WED 12/21. 5'8-5'9 (CANT SEEM TO CHANGE THAT) 210LBS. JUST ENDING 10WEEKS. TAKE IT EASY ON ME FOLKS...I KNOW I GOT SOME FAT TO DROP. ALSO, THESE PICS REALLY SUCK, AND I DONT KNOW HOW TO POSE! I WANTED TO WORK ON MY SHOULDERS ALOT, AND I THINK I DID OK. NEXT TIME IT'LL BE LEGS AND BICEPS!

        You are bigger than I thought bro. Good back, good traps, good delts, good guns, good forearms. How do your legs compare?

        As far as delts go, you got a good anterior delt. If you want to work on lateral and rear I have had much success with drop sets on laterals and I do rears laying on one side of a low degree incline bench. Nothing has been better for rears than that, for me.

            THANKS Y'ALL. I STILL GOT A WAY'S TO GO WITH LEGS...I'LL BE FOCUSING ON THEM HARD THIS SPRING. THANKS FOR THE TIPS TMAN. I USUALLY DO BENT REAR LATERALS, BUT I'LL TRY DOING THEM ON AN INCLINE BENCH...AND MOFO, I GOT A LONG WAY TO GO TO BEEING ONE OF THE BIG BOY'S!!

              And those rear moves t-mann mentioned are killer, I throw them in my rotation from time to time, Really isolates them.

              Keep up the hard work.

                    Just don't lay face down, lay sideways on the incline bench. Then, take the DB and raise it up. It's hard to explain but you've been doing this long enough to know how to feel the muscle. I'll try to find some pics, unless you know the exercise.
                    I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

                      Here's the flat bench version:



                      I will alternate flat and the first two levels of incline. That way I hit a slightly different angle every week. This is an excellent isolation so you only need 1-2 sets because back day will hit them too.
