I'm not in that great of shape anymore, but I have been trying to watch my diet as much as I can. I eat alot of fruit, calcium, and protein. I try to stay away from greasy fatty foods and have been lucky throughout my pregnancy as I haven't craved much junk food...I mainly get protein and calcium cravings. I do a prenatal workout video which is about 20 minutes long two to three times a week which consists of mainly yoga type stuff and salsa dancing. I do keep active around the house as much as possible though and so I am not laying or sitting around all that much. I have a lot of problems with backaches right now so it is hard for me to workout more than that. Baby will be here in a little over a month but I would really like to be prepared so I can get started asap.If the world didn't suck we'd all fall off!
