    Im not sure yet actually. I think its probably ok with sustanon however I dont think I would like a gram of, lets say, cyp or enanthate per week. I just feel like the sustanon is a little milder and since Im taking a gram spread through out the week I dont really have any complaints other than Im starting to hate needles. lol.

    Good news though, I accomplished my goal of benching 315. I got it for one on monday.
