    here is a back picture from about 1 year ago. havent changed much but have gotten slightly bigger.

        5'6" about 210lbs
        just getting back into it after suffering a few injuries in the last year and gaining a good bit of fat. sitting about 18% bf right now. still waiting on surgery for my right knee which i twisted up real bad this summer. cant do any really heavy squats or leg presses but can still work upper body so thats what im doing for now. with light leg workouts.
        just trying to relive my younger years in the gym all while being in my upper 50's
