thanks bro really its ppl like u that i really like to get info from ur not a prick botu the age and all that u give solid info and i appreciate it and as for nutrition all i do is eat every chance i get everything and everything id liek to eat clean but im poor as fuck so i just take what i can get lol and all of it to lol but protien and calories deff arnt a prob i dont knwo how i keep my abs eating the way i do plus i havent trained then since late august neither my lower back or legs because that all effects me on teh football field but i have a few other q's for u what do u think about a deca cyp dbol cycle for my second bulk cycle? can i load 1cc of dec and 1cc of cyp in same syrin? will it be painful if u could get back to me that be awesome

you talk about wanting to be a freak, but you don't train your legs? you take steroids, but you don't train your legs?

you are making ALOT of newbie mistakes my friend. eating "everything and everything" for one... not training legs or lower back numbers two and three...
i find it hard to believe that you have done the research you say you have if you don't know if you can load deca and cyp in the same syringe.
there are loads of successful (lol) bodybuilders who started on AAS in their teens, that in and of itself isn't such a bad thing. if you had your diet and training dialed in then whatever- it's your choice and i wish you luck.
but it seems to me that you definitely don't have those two sorted, and you lack basic understanding of AAS administration.
you look like you have good genetics... and you will keep those abs until you cross the 25 yr mark, then you will have to start working on them (diet, training).
if you are going to do it, go all out. don't half ass... especially if you are going to take drugs... the idea is to maximize the benefits while minimizing the risks.
at your age i doubt you can see yourself or even give a shit about 5 years down the road, but believe me it is important. don't fuck yourself up

yeah what nish said. doesnt seem like you have diet, training, OR knowledge of AAS that you apparently soaked up. You should've waited, even though that's too late now.... Not doing squats/deads is crazy talk.. You look good though, I would just wait and learn about training and diet first..

guy u must be and absolute joker i cant train them during the three months off football no hah u act like im throwing it all away i mad a commitment to my team i cant do legs and lower back so i cant even walk never mind play football u stooge haha and every body builder on the planet says when ur young eat everything in site get large during the younger years so ur opinon means absolutley nuthing for me dont woory bout that my frend and about ur boys crazy talk squats and deads 405 12 times as a junior under the bar and b4 this season i pulled 405 for 8 so dont worry about me lol

Excuses . . . Did you come hear to learn something, or to find someone who will tell you what you want to hear? You have received some damned good advice here, and I suggest you take it. You obviously have a lot to learn, but guess what - that's not a put down. These guys are trying to help you. I'd hate to see you be hard headed, do something stupid, and regret it. Hang out and learn first.

sonny boy, i weighed 280 pounds before you ever picked up your first dumbell.
you don't want to learn, you want someone to reinforce what you have done...
so hear ya go- keep it up, in fact take even more shit. go to macdonalds at least 4 times a day. don't worry about your legs, bodybuilders don't need those anyway. oh yeah and you can't mix deca and cyp in the same syringe; they will cancel eachother out.

Are you planning on playing football in college? If so, i think you need to decide wich path you want to take in life. You can't train sport specific and be a pro bodybuilder at the same time, it simply won't work. You are right about not training your legs (for growth) during your season. That said, that will be a HUGE factor in how large you will become.

I think what Monte was saying is that leg training 'during' football season hinders him more than benefits. I can see that. I knew guys who used to get weak when football season came around because they couldn't handle the beating of both leg training and football training. I was not one of those guys. My strength went up anyways. Of course, I was the only guy I knew in HS that trained every body part once a week. Seriously, I even convinced my coach that I could train myself better than he could train me and when he saw my maxes shooting up he knew it too. I found out real early that I could not recover at an early age from multiple same muscle workouts in one week. It sounds like Monte has realized the same thing. Leg training during football might take something out of him game. Therefore, he cuts it out during season. No biggie.
Monte - you need to take the advice of these guys and let it marinade for a minute or two. These guys have forgotten more than most people know. Seriously, they aren't amatures. They have lost (died) good bros to gear use an they respect the need to use gear safely. The guys who take the time to comment do so in an effort to 'help' you. It may sound like critizism but trust me, they truely want you to succeed in this sport. That is what this whole board is about. We teach a common sense approach to bodybuilding. There are smart and not so smart ways to do everything. We just want our member to consider the smart way to do things. I'm not saying you are dumb, just uneducated. That's not a rip either. I for one am uneducated in terms of GH, IGF-1, and several other things. I have no problem admitting that. Be uneducated just means you haven't learned it yet. Being dumb means you refuse to learn it. I think you came here to get educated so you can be the best you can be. These ARE the guys that can get you there, you just have to give them the benefit of the doubt. If something is said that you don't like, just ask for clarification so you can understand their position.
PS - did I see something about deca/cyp in the same syringe being bad? If so, why? I don't claim to be a chemist so I would like to know so I don't make that mistake. I would assume if they can be in the blood stream together then they can be in the syringe together. LMK
