If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
I didn't post my back because I need to shave and quite hard to take since my GF is not here...lol...But as of today I'm at 191lbs. It was hard to take a pic of my calfs too.

Who knows when I'll come back on AS. Have to wait and see how the GF feels about it closer to x-mas.
Ever since my last cycle I said I would take some time off and it ended up in this much time. I was up to 197lbs really lean and hard, came off and kept most of my gains like I normally do.
If you were in my shoes, would you go back on? I see no reason right now to do so; why? I'm not going to compete, I could care less about being bigger(bigger makes you slower in so many ways) and my strength and workouts are about as good when I was on.

If you are happy with your results and feel better, plus your not going to compete, so i don't see the need. Iam doing them myself, because am not real happy yet with myself. I am 5'7 1/2 about 193lb, but i want to get bigger muscle volume and i know i could drop some bf%, but at my age it gets much more difficult even when doing much cardio ( i do about 3miles 5 days ew). Like i said before though, i only do 12-14wk cycles no longer and max of 2 oil esters and one oral if i feel it necessary. Ive been off since this last one for a yr, and to tell you the truth i felt very good when off and actually better bf% prob than now. If you are happy with yourself that is all that counts. Like the say goes " If it ain't broke, don't fix it".
I don't do cardio; ever. My cardio comes from working out fully clothed(I know it's not the same) but I just don't do it. The reason being is that when I do cardio, I lose weight very quickly and I BF as well. I like to keep the thickness over the lean look.
