      i was gonna say what everyone else has... eat big and pack on alittle more size... you have a good starting point though.

      anything more than 8 reps is warm up... your final working sets you want to fail around rep 2 -4

                        according to his pic..he looks good and been training with weights almost 3 year or 2.5..which is not bad..he needs to step it up and get fuller

                              Ok well where to start off. ive been all natural since i started lifting and still am. I do look at myself as a "hard gainer" but I look at that as being all in your head, even tho everyone is my family is tall and thin. Imp in the process of become a certified trainer I do not claim to know it all imp always open for ways to help keep on growing. These pics are my "end of summer" cut. i dont cut that good since i do not run im not trying to cut off to much. At the end was at my all time high weight of 210 thanks to my diet that i was on
