  • New Pic..started to trim down a bit..

    Not a long ago I finished my bulking cycle.. which was Prop/Test.E/Deca..

    for the first 4wks I did Prop at 100mg EOD and did Test.E 750mg for 14wks..and Deca at 400mg for 12wks.. I am still finishing Prop.. at 100mg eod..have a few cc`s left in the vial.. and I`m then starting PCT.. but I`m also starting to change things a bit too...mainly my diet and training.. doing lower set higher rep. program.. some cardio here and there and lowered my carb/fat/sodium intake..

    I already started to see some minor results (more definition) and I also did lose I`d say 7-8lbs.. which was all water I think.. I`m 220lbs right now..

    So here`s the pic..

      Shouldnt you keep your lifts heavy and volume lower during PCT to help minimize your losses ?? Seems you should do that and try and slim back down a month or so from now. Just curious.

        I agree I wouldnt start trying to slim down at all yet. I think its probably best to keep the lifts the same and keep eating alot as your body would/is already going through enough of a transition coming off as it is, eating the same and keeping the lifts the same at least for a 4-6 wks should help maintain gains better than trying to lean up immediately. Maybe just cut some of the fats down but keep the calories and lifts the same IMO. You do look leaner though- good job.
