Re: newone
Huge transformation in the legs. Good for you, many people struggle witht hat area but you seem to have done it well. Look good bro.
My only critique would be to suggest you switch to a close grip reverse grip pull up for a while. Anytime you perform a rowing or pulling up/dowm motion with your arms close to your body you put more emphasis on the lats. This will give you more thickness at the bottom of your lats and REALY over emphasize the v-shape you have now. I'm not saying you have bad lats by any mean, you asked for critique and I think the only thing your phisic needs is a little more lowe lat developement. Seriously, everything else looks symetrical.Last edited by T-Man007; 08-29-2005, 11:22 AM.

Re: newone
Thanks all, Thats what I was looking for T-Man, my lats are deff. my weak point! I have been doing widegrip pulls for Awhile now, I thought that would help my lats, I didn't even think bout switching to closegrip reverse pulls. What other excercises will help.. also my bi's are lacking peak, is it all genetics or is there something that will help. (preacher curls, etc..?) thanks for the replys so far.
opps, badasz32: I'm 5'10 198lbs currently. been on an continous bulk for like 6 months @ 4-5 Kcal/day, honestly I'm tired of eating so damn much.Last edited by Guest; 08-29-2005, 01:00 PM.
