195 lbs exactly @ bf% have no clue !
this is after this cycle which i went back from 168 back to 195 i was at 208 last yr but at over 10 % bf for sure. lost alot of weight and size due to personnal reasons !
only measurements i have is arms were 16 3/4If bigger is better then im better than ever ! -

Great progress bro! Looking good for 37. Most guys that age are much softer.I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.
