Re: Sony photo shoot a few years ago. Drug free

Everyone who is truly interested in drug free gains should have the following books in their library:

    Brawn
    Beyond Brawn
Heavy Duty 1 (not 2 or any of the later books)
    Blood and guts
    Dinosaur training
    Ripped 1,2, and 3
    Nautillus Bullitin 1
    Super squats

read anything by Dr Ken Leistner, Art Jones

To round out your understanding read college level books on nutrition, anatomy, and basic cellular bio.

    Oh yeah,
try to get books by Vince Gironda.

And don't forget my books once they come out.

Whatever bro. You have been blessed with good genes period. I do bascially the same thing workouts, eat a lot more and Im never going to look anywhere close to what you look like naturally. Juice makes up for the genes God left out by accident.

I say give him a thread. Natural Training: Let him post all of his training methods down to the tee! It is very interesting. Good work, hope you stick around.

Well, whatever you are doing - the results speak for themselves. A lot of hard work and dedication went into those pics. Congrats on your achievements.

Hopefully some of what I wrote can help you acheive your goals. What's your metabolism like anyway? I'll put together an program that would work well for you and post it on a thread titled " (Metabolism shifting program or something)"

I would need info such as your age

                basic muscle measurements

                current fitness program and diet

                Fitness goals

                etc..

Maybe it would be a good idea to post some before and after pics, showing your progression. I think it would be of interest to others.

write back if you want to do this (at the time I can only do this for one person because my life is busy, so busy)

                Best,

Yeah I actually have a few articles in my computer that I have penned on different aspects of fitness. Lets see what the big boss man of the site says.

Yeah I have good genes in retrospect, it took me a bit of time to realize this. So thats why I say that the primary reason that I have succeeded is due to determination.

Can you list your workout and diet, I would like to see exactly what you are doing.

God left nothing out, I assume you have two arms, two legs, a tool to produce kids, and a mind, that's a lot, be proud of what you have.

                    Peace

his training methods that work best for him would be pretty useless to everyone but him, imo
