    Pictures taken during training. drug free

    A few pics of me training without gear. body weight around 210ish I beleive.

    Basic philosophy:
    Brief, intense, infrequent, compound exercises, different rep ranges, different tempos, sound nutrition, rest, strong mind set.

    16 years experience,

    drug free.
