    Well...........I hate posting pics, but someone asked so here goes! And yes, I am white and hairy cause its still cold weather. Please be kind, I'm not a big boy like some of you!!! I'm 5'9 235 arms are 19something bf% in the teens and all on my gut ! Not the greatest pics cause i took them.

    How about my sexy shirt?????????????????

    P.S. I am not on, have not been on in one year! Will be back on in a few weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

          Look good bro. You got bigger arms than me at 19" but we are similar. I'm about 5'10" or 5'11" and 235. BF is in the teens. But not for long, mountian bike season is starting up. Hello abs, wake up, you're coming out soon.
          I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.
