thanks! i need a little work in the mid-section, but im coming along really well i think! considering december 2003 (when i started my first cycle) i weighted 185 lbs. now im at 230lbs. and much harder! by the way i saw your pics bigmike. coming from you thats a real compliment!!!Comment

i know that, but what i meant that i need to catch up to him as far as 230lbs.
i just love competetion, adn i love when peeps at my gm calls me small, it will push me to go beyond my limit which at the end, will be the best for me
