Thats hard to say. I see myself everyday. Looking back I may have put on a little bodyfat from the bulker along with 10-15lbs of muscle. My shoulders and arms are more defined and my maxs have went up. Especially my deadlifts, tonight I pulled 585lbs for a double on my last set. My last max was 565lbs for a single and 545 for a triple.
6'7" is big enough to start, but that weight makes you a monster...keep up the good work, bro...Shiner
