A break through, it's a start.

I received a message from a work-mate a few weeks back telling me to contact a well known gym in Brisbane and ask to speak to the owner who saw my win at the State comp and heard of my win at the Nats. He's offered me a cheap as membership, with supps at wholesale prices and a friend has offered to pay the membership for me {I'm so grateful for that too}

Another gym near by was told about me through a special friend of mine and has offered me free membership. So I popped over to see the owner of this 2nd gym, he's a really nice person, he's given me free run of the place. When I asked what would he like in return.....like me doing promo for his gym, helping out in the gym and so forth, he said....."If you'd like to, but I'm not fussed." He's hoping my being there will encourage the other members to stay focussed and new people to join.

Both gyms are have older type equipment {Hammer Strength and Magnum} and free weights, and both still have the bodybuilder atmosphere, unlike the new fitness/health resort {bodybuilders not welcome} franchises that are popping up everywhere these days. Between the 2 gyms I can pick where I train what bodyparts depending on their equipment.

This is a great kick off for me, finally, someone believes in me and my capabilities. Or I have a guardian angel watching over me.
