  • 5th week into new bulker

Don't flame me too bad here, I'm bulking here so I'm not worried about how fat I'm looking or how much water I'm holding...I'll cut it off closer to spring.

Well, just thought I'd document this somewhere since I didn't start a cycle chart in that forum. From week 1 (184lbs) up to 196lbs at week 6. Not bad, hope to hit 200lbs. pretty soon and hopefully get my bench up to 315lbs soon (light weight I know) and my squats up to 405lbs within the next few weeks.

Eggology Mmmmm Mmmmmm I'm on the Ronnie Coleman diet
Also, from week 1 struggling to rep out 275lbs once in my flat bench routine, finally monday night I got two reps with 275lbs and it felt so good that I tried some more weight, that's where the 300lbs. came in My goal of 315lbs in my workout seems all too close now.

Thanks Currently I"m in my 9th week and kinda stuck. I dropped the prop, actually ran out but more is on the way and I dropped the dbol after 5th week so I lost a little bit of strenght, so I'm kinda at a stand still as far as increases go. I think I'm going to wait another 2-3 weeks and hit some drol (first time ever) or maybe some more dbol. Also my weight is at a stand still, I'm currently holding around 194-196 range.

Hey bro, Sometimes when we gain weight we forget that we have to up our calorie intake to continue to grow. This may be what is keeping you at 194-96 lbs. Try adding a couple hundred extra calories to your daily diet and see if that helps you hit 200lbs. Good luck!!
