Ok here I go. By the looks of these pics and what he has planned for the cycle, I would take away the d-bol and add some tren/eq. He should focus on more of a leaner cycle rather than a bulker, what will happen is that he's going to gain more fat than he has now, good size though, but I would do a lean mass cycle rather than all those water bloaters(I call them). You have d-bol(water), Deca(water) and Cyp(a little water).
Well, we're not trying to get all ripped up right now. We are mainly focussing on bulk but with moderate cardio to try to maintain lean body mass gains. We'll both be running nolva,ldex, and aroma. Our follow up cycle is going to be Prop/Tren/Eq/Winny.

I see what you're saying, just watch the carb intake and you'll see some water retention for sure. I would keep the carbs around 100-125g's a day with 3-4x's of cardio a week for 40-45 minutes, good luck to the both of you.
Thanks bro, we're on low carbs for sure...we are doing 45mins on the elipticals tues/thurs/fridays and don't tell anyone this, but on monday/wed. we are doing this 45min. combat cardio aerobics class....lots of jump ropes,push ups, side crunches,steps, etc...

Bro, drop the eliptical stuff and do sprint/walks. You will burn more calories in less time. 20 minutes 3 times a week. Go find a slight incline that's about 60 yards long. Mark off 40 yards. After you warm up you sprint at full speed up the incline for 40 yards, then you immediately walk back to the start. When you get back to the start you sprint up again. It doesn't have to be steep just slight inclined and if you live in the south there are plenty of inclines around. I'm telling you from experience this will take fat off better than any other cardio you can do. Be prepared though, you wont make it the whole 20 minutes the first few times. It's like running wind sprints but we aint 16 years old anymore so it hurts.

PS, very important, watch the amount of cardio you do while on test. The heart has more test receptors than any other muscle in your body. Bottom line, you use lots of test and do lots of cardio you will get a big heart, and I aint talking about the one your mama's proud of. A big heart is bad news. It will cause you serious problems down the road. Only do cardio during your non test or low test cycles. You can take the chance but if you got good genetics for size in your superficial muscles you can bet your butt you'll have the same growth potential genetics in your heart.
